Did You See The Sunrise This Morning?

Sunrise

“With each sunrise, we start anew” – Anonymous

This past week, how many sunrises did you see?  Yes amidst the endless to-do list, errands to run and an inbox that always overflows, did you add sunrises to your list of must dos? Or better yet do you remember the last sunrise you saw?

Walking on the Earth

“People usually consider walking on water or in thin air a miracle. But I think the real miracle is not to walk either on water or in thin air, but to walk on earth. Every day we are engaged in a miracle which we don’t even recognize: a blue sky, white clouds, green leaves, the black, curious eyes of a child — our own two eyes. All is a miracle.”

 ― Thich Nhat Hanh

Walking.  It gets us where we need to be, moves us forward or away and allows us to be mobile. Walking gets taken for granted most of the time and we need to be reminded of its amazing powers. Here’s a few examples of how walking shows up in our everyday conversations:« Continue »
